Terms of Use

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms govern the use of the PUROSWAP platform. By using the service, you state that you have read, understood and agree with what is written here. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who operates PUROSWAP

PUROSWAP is operated by LEX TREE LLC, a company incorporated in the United States, with address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("PUROSWAP", "we").

Official contact and support channels:

  • Email: Supportpuroswap@proton.me
  • Telegram — support (team): t.me/+447480206848

These are the only channels through which we handle operations and data. We do not provide service through other profiles, numbers or addresses — treat any contact outside these as suspect.

2. Definitions

So there is no doubt about what each word means here:

  • PUROSWAP — the platform at puroswap.com, operated by LEX TREE LLC.
  • Operation — a swap. You send one asset on one network and receive another asset, on the network you chose, at the address you provided.
  • Asset — the currency or token on each side: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, POL, ARB, TRX, WBTC, USDG, DePix, or reais via PIX.
  • Network — the chain the asset travels on (Tron, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Solana, Liquid, X Layer, Bitcoin). The same asset on different networks means different addresses, and they do not talk to each other.
  • Deposit address — where you send to. On most routes it is generated per operation and is valid only for that operation; on DePix → PIX it is a fixed PUROSWAP address, and the operation is recognized by the exact amount shown on screen.
  • Destination address — where you receive. You provide it, and it is your responsibility.
  • Quote — the price used in the conversion. It can be fixed or variable, as set out in section 7.
  • Route costs — everything it costs to execute the operation beyond the PuroSwap fee: sending on the destination blockchain, conversions between assets, withdrawals at partners and, where there is one, the route's operational reserve. On the screen, this line also includes the quote protection on PIX payouts and the +0,4% of Privacy Mode, when charged (section 8). It is not the PuroSwap fee; it is calculated per operation and shown on the screen before you confirm.
  • PuroSwap fee — what PUROSWAP charges for the service (section 8).
  • Privacy Mode — an option offered on some routes: instead of going straight to the destination, the amount first passes through the Liquid network, in a PUROSWAP wallet, and only then goes on to the destination network. The cost is in section 8.

3. What PUROSWAP does — and what it does not do

PUROSWAP converts one asset into another and delivers the result to the address you specify. You do not need to create an account: each operation is independent and starts from scratch.

How it works on the inside, with nothing held back. It depends on the route, and the difference matters:

  • PIX → DePix — the funds do not pass through us. The DePix goes from the settlement provider straight to your Liquid wallet. We hold nothing in custody on this route.
  • DePix → PIX — you send the DePix to a PUROSWAP Liquid wallet. Once the deposit is confirmed, we pass on to the settlement provider the amount it requires, and it pays the PIX to your key. Between your send and the payment, the funds are under our operational responsibility.
  • All the others (PIX → Crypto, PIX → USDG, DePix → Crypto, Crypto ↔ Crypto, Crypto → BRL) — we generate a deposit address in PUROSWAP's name. You send to it, we carry out the conversion and we send the result to the address you provided. Between your send and the delivery, the funds are under our operational responsibility, not in your wallet and not in your custody.

In Privacy Mode, the path has one extra step: the amount passes through a PUROSWAP wallet on the Liquid network before going on to the destination, and it remains under our operational responsibility until delivery.

In neither case does the money sit with us after the operation ends.

What PUROSWAP is not:

  • It is not a brokerage or an exchange house authorized to intermediate securities.
  • It is not a bank, it is not a payment institution and it does not hold any balance of yours — there is no "account with a balance" on the platform.
  • It does not give investment advice. We do not tell you what to buy, when to buy, or whether an asset will go up.
  • It does not hold funds in custody outside an operation in progress. Once the operation ends, we have nothing of yours.
  • It does not control the blockchains. Confirmation, congestion and the network fee are theirs.

4. Who can use it

You can use PUROSWAP if you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

You state that the funds you send are yours and of lawful origin, and that you are not acting on behalf of a third party without saying so.

We do not serve anyone on an international sanctions list, nor operations coming from jurisdictions under embargo. We can also refuse or stop an operation when there is concrete evidence of fraud, an order from a competent authority, or when complying with the law requires it.

Routes involving PIX require the name and CPF/CNPJ of the key holder. The key must belong to that same holder — we do not make payments to a third party.

5. Your account and security

Since there is no account on PUROSWAP, there is also no password of yours to protect and no credential for anyone to steal. What does exist is a different set of responsibilities, and it is worth understanding them:

  • What links the operations to you is a cookie in your browser. It is anonymous, but it is what makes your history show up. Anyone with access to your unlocked device sees that history — addresses, amounts and dates. On a shared computer, use a private window.
  • Clearing your browser data clears the history on your screen, not the operation. It stays recorded and keeps running; you are the one who stops seeing it. Save the operation ID if you want to be able to look it up later.
  • The destination address is your responsibility. Checking it before you confirm is the only protection there is — section 6 explains why there is no way to undo it.

We never ask for your private key, your recovery phrase (seed) or your wallet password — through no channel, under no circumstances. We do not need them to operate, and there is no situation in which we would. Any request of that kind, even from someone presenting themselves as our team, is an attempted fraud. See section 1 for what our real channels are.

If you suspect improper contact in PUROSWAP's name, report it through the official channel.

6. Your wallet and the irreversibility of operations

This is the most important section of this document. Read it carefully.

Blockchain operations are irreversible. There is no reversal, there is no chargeback, and there is no authority that can undo them. Once sent, it is sent.

The mistake that causes the most losses is the wrong network. An address on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB, Base, X Layer, Plasma and Celo has exactly the same format. Pasting an address from one of these networks thinking it belongs to another passes any validation — ours, your wallet's, anyone's — because there is nothing in the address that says which chain it belongs to. The money leaves, arrives on a network where no one is looking for it, and there is no way to recover it.

So, before you send:

  • Check the network, not just the address. The deposit screen tells you which one it is, and your wallet also tells you which network you are sending from. The two have to match.
  • Check the asset. Sending the wrong token on the right network causes the same loss.
  • Check the destination address you entered. If it is wrong, we deliver to the wrong address — and we have no way of knowing it is wrong.

PUROSWAP has no way to reverse, recover or reissue amounts sent to the wrong network, to the wrong address, or in an asset other than the one indicated. This is not a business choice: it is how blockchains work.

The wallet is yours and the keys are yours. We do not ask for, we do not store and we will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase. Anyone who asks you for that in our name is deceiving you.

7. How operations work

An operation always follows the same sequence:

  1. You choose what you send, what you want to receive, and the networks on each end. The screen shows the estimated amount and the fees before anything else.
  2. You enter the destination address and create the operation. At that moment we generate the deposit address and the quote starts to apply.
  3. You send the exact amount indicated, on the network indicated.
  4. We convert as soon as the deposit is confirmed by the network.
  5. We send the result to your destination address, and the screen shows the transaction identifier.

About the quote. It is valid for 30 minutes from the creation of the operation. In a network swap of the same asset and in a payout to PIX, the amount is locked: what the screen shows is what you receive. In Privacy Mode (section 8, item 2), which is on by default, the amount is always variable, including in a network swap of the same asset: the second leg, from Liquid to the destination, is quoted at delivery. In a conversion between different assets, the quote is variable — the amount is recalculated at the time of settlement, at the price of that instant, which is why it appears with "≈". The screen indicates which of the two cases applies.

About the exact amount. Send the amount indicated. A different amount may not be identified automatically and may require contacting support.

About time frames. The time depends on the networks involved, not on us. Under normal conditions an operation takes minutes; when there is congestion it can take longer. We do not promise a network time frame because we do not control it. In Privacy Mode the amount passes through the Liquid network before going on to the destination, which adds a step; that is why delivery may take longer than on the direct route.

If the deposit arrives after the quote expires, the operation is processed at the quote in force at the time of settlement, not at the one that expired.

8. Fees

Every operation shows, before you confirm, the breakdown of what is charged. Each operation carries only the parts that apply to its route, and the total is their sum.

1. PuroSwap fee — what PUROSWAP charges for the service. The percentage depends on the route:

  • 0,5% of the operation amount on all automatic routes between PIX, DePix, USDT, USDC, BTC (on the Bitcoin network or on Liquid, as L-BTC), WBTC, USDG, ETH, POL and ARB, including the DePix → PIX payout and except the PIX → DePix deposit (below) (for example, PIX → USDT, PIX → BTC, DePix → USDG, USDT → WBTC, USDG → PIX, WBTC → PIX or USDT ↔ USDC).
  • 0,9% only on the PIX → DePix deposit, which has its own structure and does not use the 0,5% fee; Eulen's R$ 0,99 (item 3) is charged separately.
  • 0,9% on routes involving TRX or USDT on the Tron network, currently unavailable.

On any route, the Eulen cost (item 3) and the route costs (item 4) come on top, when they apply. Before you confirm, the screen shows the PuroSwap fee for the chosen route.

2. Privacy Mode — on pairs in the 0,5% table, +0,4% on the amount sent, charged only when the route has a direct path available and the mode is on. Privacy Mode is on by default and, on routes with a direct path available, can be turned off on screen before you confirm. When the path through Liquid does not accept the amount entered (for example, below its minimum, which the screen shows), the operation follows the direct route and the screen shows the mode as off. With the mode on, the amount shown on the screen already takes it into account; if you turn it off, the screen recalculates the amount using the direct route. In the breakdown shown on the screen, the +0,4% is included in "Route costs". On pairs in the previous table, the mode has no percentage of its own: the same 0,9% PuroSwap fee of the direct route applies. In both cases, whatever the path through Liquid costs extra (withdrawals and movement between networks) goes into the route costs and appears on the screen before you confirm. On routes that already go through Liquid by design — deposits and payouts via PIX or DePix, routes whose origin or destination is Liquid itself, and pairs that only exist through Liquid — there is no charge for the mode: Liquid is the route's normal path.

3. Eulen — the cost of the PIX settlement partner, passed on without markup: R$ 0,99 per operation on PIX deposits and 1% of the amount forwarded to Eulen on PIX payouts. For you to receive an amount R, we forward R ÷ 0,99 to Eulen (rounded up to the cent), and Eulen keeps the difference: about 1,01% of the amount you receive. On DePix → PIX this is the “Eulen” line of the breakdown; on crypto → PIX payouts, the “Eulen” line shows 1% of the amount paid and the fraction above that is part of the route costs (item 4).

4. Route costs — everything it costs to execute the operation beyond the parts above: sending on the destination blockchain, conversions between assets, withdrawals at partners and, where there is one, the route's operational reserve. On crypto-to-PIX payouts (not on DePix → PIX), this includes a reserve (quote protection) to guarantee, until settlement, the amount in reais promised on the screen: 0,3% of the amount on routes in the 0,5% table and 0,5% on routes in the previous table. It is an amount calculated per operation, shown on the screen before you confirm — it is not a fixed percentage, and it weighs proportionally more on small operations.

5. OTC desk — in a payout to PIX, operations above the automatic limit (see section 9) are settled through direct service and have their own fee of 2,5%, which replaces the parts above.

There is no hidden fee, no opening fee, no maintenance fee and no recurring charge. What is on the screen is what is charged.

9. Limits

Each route has a minimum and a maximum, shown on the screen below the amount field. They exist for two reasons: below the minimum the route costs would eat up a good part of the amount, and above the maximum the operation starts to require manual handling.

The limits for crypto routes come from the partner exchange and change with the market — that is why the screen checks the current value instead of displaying a fixed number. Routes with PIX have their own per-operation limits and a daily cap per CPF/CNPJ, also displayed on the screen.

Crypto → reais has two tiers, and the time frame changes between them:

  • From R$ 100 to R$ 5.000 — automatic. The PIX usually goes out within 15 minutes after confirmation.
  • Above R$ 5.000 — settled through direct service, checked by a person on our team, within 24 hours.

The tier is defined by the net amount of the operation, and the screen tells you which one you are in before you confirm.

We may adjust limits at any time, including by route, according to liquidity, network cost and regulatory requirements. The limit that applies is the one displayed at the moment you create the operation.

10. Cancellation

While the operation is waiting for your deposit, you can cancel it on the screen itself. Nothing has been moved yet, and the cancellation has no cost.

Once the deposit is sent, there is no cancellation. From that point on the operation runs through to delivery: the conversion is executed and the result is sent to your destination address.

If you cancel and send anyway to the deposit address of that operation, contact support before doing anything else. The address belongs to the operation (or, on DePix → PIX, is recognized by the exact amount), and a deposit outside the expected flow needs manual handling — it can be resolved, but it is not automatic and there is no guaranteed time frame.

If the quote expires before your deposit, the operation is not canceled: it is processed at the quote of the moment of settlement.

11. Partner and referral program

PUROSWAP has a partner program. Partners are registered directly by PUROSWAP and can refer the platform in two ways:

  • Referral link — a site address carrying the partner's code (puroswap.com/?ref=…). Operations made from it are linked to the partner. If the partner has an active coupon, the link applies that coupon automatically, with the same discount as entering it yourself, and you can remove it on the screen before confirming; without a coupon, the link does not change what you pay. Each operation has a single discount and a single partner compensation, even with a link and a coupon from the same partner; if you use another partner's coupon, that coupon's discount applies, discounts are not added together, and the operation remains linked to the partner of the link.
  • Coupon — a code you enter on the screen before confirming the operation. It identifies the partner and, on the routes where it applies, gives a discount.

About the coupon discount. The discount is a percentage reduction of the PuroSwap fee, set for each coupon, and applies at the same percentage on every route where there is a discount: a 20% coupon gives a discount of 0,10% of the operation amount on 0,5% routes (including DePix → PIX) and of 0,18% on 0,9% routes (the PIX → DePix deposit and the routes in the previous table). On any route, the discount is at most 0,5% of the operation amount. It always comes out of the share PUROSWAP keeps — never out of third-party costs, such as network, conversions or settlement partners, including Eulen:

  • Routes in the 0,5% table, including DePix → PIX, and the PIX → DePix deposit (section 8) — the discount applies to all automatic operations, including payouts to PIX and Privacy Mode. On routes that have an operational reserve, it comes out of that reserve; on those that do not (the PIX → DePix deposit and payouts to PIX, including DePix → PIX), it comes out of the PuroSwap fee itself, without ever bringing it to zero: it stays at 0,01% or more. In either case, the screen shows the discount as a reduction on the "PuroSwap fee" line.
  • Routes in the previous table — the discount is calculated on the 0,9% PuroSwap fee (0,18% of the operation amount with a 20% coupon). On payouts to PIX, it comes out of the PuroSwap fee itself, which goes from 0,90% to 0,72% with a 20% coupon, without ever bringing it to zero, and the screen shows the discount as a reduction on the "PuroSwap fee" line. On routes that have an operational reserve (as a rule, swaps between crypto assets, operations from PIX or DePix into crypto assets, and Privacy Mode), it comes out of that reserve, and the 0,9% PuroSwap fee stays as it is. On payouts to DePix and on operations from USDG to destinations other than USDT, USDC or PIX, where the fee is charged before the bridge, the coupon only identifies the partner, with no discount.

At the OTC desk (section 8, item 5), the coupon only identifies the partner, with no discount. On the screen, the benefit appears as "X% off fees", where X compares the discount with the route's PuroSwap fee and is the same on every route with a discount: a 20% coupon appears as "20% off fees" both on a 0,5% route (such as DePix → PIX) and on a 0,9% route (such as PIX → DePix and the routes in the previous table). If a limit (0,5% of the operation amount or the route's reserve) lowers the discount on a route, the screen shows the reduction that actually applies there. The screen shows the result of the coupon before you confirm.

The partner's compensation is paid by PUROSWAP, out of its own result on the operation, and is not added to what you pay.

Beware of scams. No one from PUROSWAP — nor any partner acting in our name — asks for your private key, your recovery phrase (seed), your wallet password or an advance payment to unlock a discount, bonus or returns. If someone offers in our name guaranteed returns, a deposit bonus or any advantage other than what is described here, it is not PUROSWAP. Be suspicious and let us know through the channels in section 22.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for:

  • money laundering, concealment of assets, terrorist financing or any unlawful activity;
  • fraud, swindling or use of funds of unlawful origin;
  • operating on behalf of a third party without authorization, or using another person's documents;
  • circumventing the limits in section 9 — for example, splitting one operation into several smaller ones, or using someone else's CPF/CNPJ, to get past the daily cap;
  • attempting to access, test or compromise the platform's systems or other users' data;
  • automating access, extracting data in bulk or overloading the platform;
  • any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may refuse or interrupt an operation, with or without prior notice, in case of a breach of these Terms, well-founded suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity, a legal requirement or an order from a competent authority.

Since there is no account, there is nothing for you to "close": just stop using the platform. If you want your browser to stop showing the history, clear the site data — section 5 explains the effect of that.

Records of operations already carried out remain, for the reasons and time frames described in the Privacy Policy. This works both ways: it also protects you, because it is the proof that the operation happened.

14. Liability

PUROSWAP is liable for what it actually does: converting the asset and sending the result to the address you provided, at the fees shown on screen at the time of the operation.

PUROSWAP is not liable for:

  • Sending on the wrong network, in an asset other than the one indicated, or to a destination address typed incorrectly — see section 6. We have no way to recover it.
  • Delay, congestion, reorganization or unavailability of any blockchain.
  • Unavailability, failure or decision of third parties that the operation depends on — see section 16.
  • Price variation between creation and settlement, on variable-quote routes, which the screen identifies as such.
  • Loss of access to your wallet, your keys or your bank account.
  • Use of the platform by anyone who has gained access to your device.
  • Decisions you make based on displayed prices — they are informational and change constantly.

In any event, and where the law allows limitation, our liability is limited to the amount of the PuroSwap fee actually charged on the operation in question — never to the amount of the operation.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold PUROSWAP harmless from losses, damages, fines and expenses — including legal fees — arising from a claim by a third party or an authority caused by use of the platform in breach of these Terms, by false information you provide, or by unlawful activity carried out through operations you started.

16. Third-party services

An operation on PUROSWAP depends on third parties, and it is fair for you to know which ones and what for:

  • Partner exchange — carries out the conversion between assets and provides the deposit address. That is where the funds sit during the operation.
  • Settlement providers in reais — on the routes that involve PIX and DePix, they are the ones that bridge the banking system and the network.
  • Conversion providers — on specific routes, they carry out the swap that the exchange does not cover.
  • The blockchains themselves — they confirm and transport.

We choose and monitor these partners, but we do not control them. If one of them becomes unavailable, the route that depends on it becomes unavailable too — and the screen indicates when this happens, instead of accepting an operation we would not be able to complete.

Data is shared with them only to the minimum extent necessary for the operation to happen. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

17. Intellectual property

The brand, the software, the layout and the content of the platform belong to PUROSWAP or to its licensors, and may not be copied, modified or exploited without express authorization. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective holders.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top. Relevant changes will be communicated through the available channels. Continued use after the change means agreement.

19. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

20. Applicable law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The venue of the user's domicile is chosen to settle disputes, as provided by law.

21. General provisions

  • Severability: if any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
  • No waiver: failing to enforce a right on a given occasion does not mean giving it up.
  • Assignment: these Terms are personal and you may not transfer them to third parties. PUROSWAP may assign them in case of a corporate reorganization, keeping the same conditions.
  • Communications: since there is no registration, we do not have your email and we cannot notify you individually. Notices are published on the platform itself, and the version of these Terms in force is always the one on this page. It is up to you to check it before operating — section 18 deals with changes.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PUROSWAP about the use of the platform.

22. Contact

Questions about these Terms: Supportpuroswap@proton.me or on Telegram at t.me/+447480206848. To discuss a specific operation, provide the operation ID, available in your history.
